It`s hard to keep yo money in the wallet when there are vegan bakeries and eco – conscious stores popping out of everywhere.

But hey guess what? The best things do come free! This little gem of an organic market had a delightful selection of free sample healthy cookies. And by the free sample I don’t mean your usual tiny piece but the whole damn cookie!

Located in Grácia.

Well, I will make sure I come there with my money one of these days!

Cacao & raspberries dreams

I started of with this recipe  however on the way modified it a bit. I used Spelt flour, sunflower oil, and added raspberry jam (grandma`s home-made) and cacao. No egg! I used chia and flax seeds mix. Improvise!

Super quick only 10 min in the owen!

1 `n half cup of flour (we used Spelt)

1/4 of cup of fat (sunflower oil or other)

1/2 of cup of sugar (panela)

2tbs of chia seeds dissolved in water

1 cup of milk (hazelnut milk)

2 tbs of baking powder

caco nibs, shredeed coconut, sesame seeds, flax seeds, walnuts

40 min/ 170 C
